Patricia is our property manager. She has been excellent in working with us across the Pacific….. the unit we are renting is in Hawaii and we are in California.
She has always makes sure the rent is consistently paid on time.
She has kept us informed of any situations that arise (need for repairs, replacement of appliances), and always informs us of the cost before proceeding to insure our approval.
