The "go-to-person" for anything you need to know at Dower Realty, Inc. is our own Kat, the Principal Broker. Her knowledge and wisdom, warmth, good humor, and kindness make her the perfect person for the job! She comes by it quite naturally, as she is the granddaughter of the founders of Dower Realty, Inc.

Her professional career started in the Dower office as a young 20 year old in 2004, as the firm's office manager. In 2013, she earned her Salesperson license and took the leap into property management. Kat became our Broker-in-Charge in 2017, working closely with former Principal Broker and Aunt, Debra Malia (Betty and Frank Dower's daughter), who retired in 2021.

Professionally Kat is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, The Hawaii Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. She is also a member of The Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.

Kat is always looking for ways to strike the perfect balance between professionalism, and the personal and "ohana" relationship between staff and clients, for which Dower is so well-known, and to carry on the legacy of Dower Realty, Inc.
